VII. REQUIREMENTS
Reference Requirements
1 Responsability of Top Management
1.1 Policy and objectives
1.1.1 Top Management shall document and implement a policy management system that covers at least their intentions regarding:
•Customer satisfaction
•Environmental responsibility
•Focus on occupational health and safety of workers
•Ethics and personal responsibility
•Requirements of the product (including product safety, product safety, quality, legality, process and specification).

1.1.2 Organization shall implement measurable objectives from each of the policy intentions. The objectives will be reported and reviewed at least annually.
1.2 Organizacional Structure
1.2.1 Organization shall define the organizational structure through an organizational chart.
1.2.2 Organization shall document the responsibilities of an organization through job descriptions, with priority for those jobs that are relevant for meeting the product requirements. Staff shall be competent based on education, training, skills and appropriate experience.
1.2.3 Top management shall ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities and show that they understand.
1.2.4 The top management shall appoint a representative to comply with this standard that has clear responsibility and authority to implement, maintain and improve a system that ensures compliance with product requirements. Additionally, Organization shall keep top.
1.2.5 Top management shall provide sufficient and relevant resources to meet product requirements.
1.3 Customer Focus
1.3.1 There shall be a documented procedure to identify key needs and expectations of customers.
1.3.2 The result of this procedure shall be evaluated and considered in the determination of corrective actions, preventive or improvements to achieve the needs and expectations of customers.
1.4 Management Review
1.4.1 Top management shall ensure that the management system is reviewed at planned intervals, in order to ensure compliance with product requirements. These reviews shall include at least:
• HACCP and compliance
• Results of internal audits
• Any changes in requirements or products
• Customer Feedback
• Process performance and product conformity
• Status of corrective and preventive actions
• Monitoring actions of prior management reviews by
• Changes that could affect the management system
• Recommendations for improvement
• Buildings
• Supply Systems
• Machinery and equipment
• Transportation
• Facilities for staff
• Environmental conditions
• Safety at work
• Hygienic conditions
• Workplace Design
• External influences (eg noise, vibrations).
1.4.2 They shall keep records of management reviews where they show the revised data, conclusions and actions taken to improve performance.
